Hook by Martin Burge, with its seafood-inspired menu, has become a firm favourite in the Cotswolds. A laid back yet luxurious dining experience, combined with the warmth and rustic charm that the Fish Hotel is renowned for.
The restaurant seamlessly blends sophisticated and refined gastronomy, with a twist on traditional fish dishes, including a cod scotch egg and a curried tartare sauce to start, with mains that include battered haddock, crispy cockles and seaweed fries or a spiced pollock with vadouvan curry sauce.
