With an aim of bringing Australian coffee culture to The Cotswolds, Rob and Kats launched their first café in the Lechlade in 2015.
Since then, Lynwood & Co has opened in Fairford, Carterton, Burford, Cirencester, Bampton and Northleach and are at the heart of the communities where they sit.
They serve delicious, honest, locally-sourced food (with plenty of vegan options), including their incredible Applewood Smoked Cheddar, Salami & Sweet Pepper Relish Melt which is made using Lynwood Australia’s Original Sweet Pepper Relish Recipe, as well as some brunch options, sweet treats and sausage and vegan rolls. They also offer brunch in the Bampton, Burford, Cirencester, Lechlade and Northleach locations.
This all sits alongside their wonderfully independent coffee and hugely popular 100% certified organic sourdough bread.
